What is Yoni Steaming?

Yoni steaming (also known as V-Steam) is a wellness practice where you sit over warm, herb-infused steam to support reproductive health and overall well-being. This gentle ritual has been used for centuries to promote relaxation, hormonal balance, menstrual support, and a deeper connection to your body.

How often should I steam?

The frequency depends on your individual needs and wellness goals. Many women steam once a month as part of their self-care routine, while others may benefit from more frequent sessions. During your initial consultation, we'll create a personalized steaming plan that's right for you.

What should I wear/bring to my appointment?

Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. You'll be provided with a yoni gown to wear from the waist down during your steam session. If you don't typically wear underwear, we suggest bringing a pair to wear afterward for your comfort.

When should I NOT do yoni steaming?

You should not steam while menstruating, experiencing active spotting, pregnant, or less than 6 weeks postpartum. If you've recently waxed or shaved, please schedule your session at least 72 hours afterward (or wait until after your steam) as your skin may be sensitive to the heat.

What payment methods do you accept?

To book your appointment, we require a $20 non-refundable deposit via credit/debit card, Zelle, or PayPal. After your session, you can pay the remaining balance using any of these methods plus Apple Pay or CashApp. We do not accept cash.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule for a later date, and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Cancellations made after 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your deposit with no option to transfer to a new appointment.

Will my information be kept private/confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. All personal information and health details shared during your consultation and sessions are kept strictly confidential.
